Nikhil Kaushik

Managing Director

Mr. Nikhil Kaushik is the Managing Director of the Company and handles all the day to day affairs of the Company including Sales, Finance and administrative issues. He is an Engineering graduate and has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, USA.

He has also completed his MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Mr. Kaushik has 15 yrs of work experience in several large multi-national companies such as Pfizer, GE, Citibank, etc.

Meenu Kaushik

Whole Time Director

Mrs. Meenu Kaushik is the Technical Director of the Company and is responsible for all aspects of technical, quality and production related issues in the factory. She is a Masters graduate in Information Sciences Management from Carnegie Mellon University, USA & has over 15 yrs of work experience in all facets of capsule manufacturing.
